About Piddington

Ami Piddington is a graduate from South University’s Physician Assistant program in Tampa where she graduated with High Honors and one of the highest GPAs in her cohort. Logging many weeks of clinical experience in various medical specialties, Ami took an interest in interventional pain management to pursue as a career and is excited to work in a field of medicine that allows her to meet with her patients frequently to provide excellent care and education.

Passionate about education, Ami attends medical conferences and continues to read and study daily to continue to build her skills and broaden her medical knowledge. Ami also continues to actively contribute to physician assistant educational programs through various aspects of mentorship and is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.

Ami is originally from New York, but has been living in the Tampa Bay area for the past 25 years. She considers Florida her forever home, and is grateful for the opportunity to live where she can appreciate the beach and sunsets. She enjoys reading, baking, tutoring PA students, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two young children.
